With a background in both space and high-speed data systems, Jason has a unique perspective on how to build scalable products for space. As the former Principal Electrical Engineer at Loft Orbital and Capella Space, he was responsible for multiple products from concept to production. Jason holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Caltech and an MS in Mechanical Engineering with an Engineering Management Minor from Northwestern.

Alex Swehla is a software systems pioneer who has developed groundbreaking computing, storage, and transmission software systems for massive data applications. As former Cloud Architect Lead at Capella Space, he managed the development of Capella's ground software and data pipeline from scratch. Alex also worked at Palantir and HackerOne, bringing this knowledge of running secure, massive data centers to his current role at Zephyr, where he is focused on modernizing the infrastructure and cloud computing ecosystems.

Alex Hiam is an expert in firmware engineering and has a wealth of experience in designing and implementing complex systems. With a proven track record of squeezing every bit of performance out of microcontrollers, his extensive cross- functional technical knowledge and ability to break down complex issues have earned him a reputation as a wizard in his field.

With over 15+ years of experience in marketing and communication, Amanda Mork helps deep tech companies and organizations craft compelling narratives around emerging technologies. Amanda has a track record of leading successful go-to-market strategies, supporting capital raising, and enhancing executive communications for clients in various domains, such as semiconductors, generative design, clean energy, and advanced materials. She also co-created TEDxSanFrancisco, now TED AI, and has worked with over 100 thought leaders at the top of their game.

Mark is Zephyr’s Lead Mechanical and Test Engineer. Over the last eight years, Mark worked as mechanical engineer in a number of highly regulated industries, including the medical and nuclear industries. There, he designed complete mechanical solutions along with all the required documentation for quality assurance. Mark brings his experience standing up processes and equipment to implement quality control to the space industry. Mark holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Andre Alger leads our sale efforts with over 7 years of experience in high volume sales transitions with technology companies like Box. Before Box, he was a sales leader in the premium automotive space and managed accounts with Cadillac, sporting equipment, and community organizations. Andre is skilled at relationship building and complex, long term sales cycles, and has a natural ability to draw connections between industry trends and technical needs of customers.
